Julia and Deborah both worked together for Community Housing Management Services for several years before creating their own company to reach out to others in need of quality housing services outside of the affordable housing industry.

​Deborah J. Brooks
Deborah graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies.  Deborah has been devoted to the field of non-profit housing for 15 years. She is a Real Estate Agent.  She has certifications in both project and construction management from the University of California, Los Angeles.  She is a National Compliance Professional; a member of 55+ Housing Council of the Building Industry.  She is a past board of director for the Fair Housing Foundation 6 years. She is a current board of director of Interfaith Housing.

Julia Moore
Julia has been licensed in real estate sales since 1986 and received her broker’s license in 2012. Julia’s dedication to the affordable housing sector and is reflected by her many certifications, among them: she is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) from the National Housing Association of Home Builders; she is a National Compliance Professional – Executive (NCP-E) from Housing Credit College; and she is a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) and a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), both according to the National Affordable Housing Management Association. Julia serves on the boards of directors for the Fair Housing Foundation (Long Beach), and 55+ Housing Council of the Building Industry Association (Orange County). She is on the Advisory Board of National Housing Credit Professionals.
