Resident Placement
We require each potential tenant to complete an application, then follow up to verify their employment, rental history, and credit & criminal history. This helps assure that your property will have the best residents possible.
Inspections
At a minimum we make a thorough inspection of the inside of your units once a year. The outside property is checked on a monthly basis depending on the property needs. This helps us insure your property is being properly cared for.
Accounting
Each month you receive a financial statement showing monies collected and any disbursements that have been made.
Maintenance
To save you money, we use our own people to provide quality and timely maintenance for your property. This can save you hundreds of dollars per year. Or if you prefer someone you already use we can work with them as well.
Evictions/Collections
If rents are not paid by the 6th of the month, we begin the processes necessary to collect rents or evict tenants.
Leasing Services
The careful selection and screening of prospective residents is critical and we make it our priority.
- Market and present your property to prospective tenants.
- Provide any and all disclosures including but not limited to pet, mold and lead disclosures.
- Provide essential house rules, including any special requirements.
- Ability to rent your property within 30 days.
- Careful and thorough tenant screening, with full credit and criminal background report.
